This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project d/b/a Standpoint (“Standpoint”) receives, collects, stores and uses the information you provide to us when accessing this website, https://www.standpointmn.org (this “Site”). Personally identifying information:

Standpoint collects personally identifying information (“PII”) when you fill out the ‘Contact Standpoint’ form on the Site (the “Contact Form”), when you sign up for our newsletter through the form on the Site, and when you donate to Standpoint by clicking the ‘Donate’ button on the Site. PII collected include your:

·email address; and

·payment information (for donations only).

When you click the ‘Donate’ button you will be asked to provide PII to complete your donation through third-party payment processing sites—PayPal or Neon.

Information collected automatically:

Standpoint also receives anonymous information that is automatically collected when you visit or browse the Site. The Site automatically, anonymously collects your Internet Protocol address for analytics purposes. The Site also uses text files that hold small amounts of data specific to your web browser to identify unique visitors and track a visitor’s sessions on the Site to help us improve the Site.

This Site uses Google’s reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s privacy policy. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by Google’s terms of service.

This Privacy Policy only applies to your use of this Site. The Site includes links to other websites.
