Standpoint serves ALL victims of domestic and sexual violence across the state of Minnesota, regardless of immigration and/or refugee status, nationality, religion, citizenship, race, ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or any other protected class.
Standpoint is a nonprofit legal services agency, which means we abide by the highest level of confidentiality available – attorney/client privilege. This means Standpoint will not, in fact cannot, disclose any information, including to state or federal law enforcement, without a caller’s express consent. Standpoint is a safe place for domestic and sexual violence victims to call to find out their legal options.
Standpoint has an immigration attorney who can answer immigration related questions for victims of domestic and sexual violence (including sex trafficking).
